I am brewing 2 batches tomorrow, one will be 11.5 gallons, the other will be 5 gallons. Its all the same recipe & will be mashed all together then split into the 2 kettles. What I am wondering is if I need to adjust the hop schedule because I made the recipe as a 16.5 gallon batch, or is it as simple as dividing the hops 70% & 30%?
