I brewed a great Oatmeal Stout on Saturday. OG 1.060. Brewed 11 Gallons split into 6.5 Gallon Carboys. I have done some different things in the seconday in the past - Cacao Nibs, Espresso, Bourbon etc... I would love to hear some ideas from you great folks of HBT. I am thinking of doing something different to each of them. Perhaps throw a couple vanilla beans in one, espresso or cold press in the other. Maybe even a Holiday Spice in one - you get the idea. Please pile on with some secondary fermentaion ideas!
