Did my first kettle souring loosely based on Brulosopher's semi recent article on Berliner Weiss. After boiling the soured wort, is it technically clean to use? I am a little weary to use my racking cane in fear of infecting future batches. Are these fears unfounded?
 
After boiling the sour wort it is safe to use any of you equipment. The boil killed all the bugs.
