Getting ready to move beer into secondary fermentor (5 gallon carboy) later today or tomorrow. Should I use a siphon and rack it that way or should I pour from the first fermentor into a funnel to Tue carboy??

Siphon siphon siphon. You want to minimize the introduction of oxygen as much as possible. When it starts to rise in your carboy, keep the tubing under the liquid so it doesn't create bubbles.
Don't forget to sanitize everything, including inside and outside of the tubing
