Hi,
I have seen a lot of Posts / Threads about the Brutus 10 system or the 3 tier gravity system, but they get technical very quickly.
It it far too early for me to consider such a system. But what does it do?
Sorry stupid question, but I am trying to learn.
What are the three containers used for?
One is for boiling the water / wort
One is for Sparging???
And the last is for fermenting?
Have I understood correctly?

If there is a thread I could read about the principles behind these systems? Or is it just a more convinient way of grain brewing.
Not a plan, but a flow diagram for the process the behind the systems.
