Sidra Asturiana

Has anyone found a recipe / guide for making this amazing cider? This is the traditional drink from Asturias, Spain. Its (from what I recall) VERY carbed, quite dry. Its drank heavily in Cuban households specially during christmas.

Any leads on where to look for this?

A little late but I remember seeing this post and ran across this recipe in a book I'm reading called the Everything Hard Cider Book. The part where it refers to cider making procedure in chapter 2 is just standard fermentation procedure. Hope it helps.
