Show your flight. I used two diffrent sizes of oak from lowes and some hardware in the cabinet aisle. Didn't use any stain just Old English oil. The little mugs came from the beer fest in Northern VA

pale ale, octoberfest ale version, black ipa, oat meal stout
 
Had an inspiration to do a little garage time...

The bottle caps (set is numbered 1-9) have magnets glued on the back and I inset a small steel washer on the board, makes for easy identification of what was what with multiple taps.

My latest flight board...

Res oak, brass-pinned "handle" - ebony stain on the handle, walnut on the "guard" and left the "blade" natural - has enough poly on it to use a mark and wipe to allow writing the tap numbers directly on it.
