Hey Guys,
Who is willing to post their favorite recipe?? One of the great things about homebrewing is we brew whatever we like and change it up constantly, but sometimes you come back to the same reciple again and again because it's so damn tasty!
I want to steal your reciple!!
Here is one of mine that I call Jurassic Park Amber Ale (I know, make fun... I have a cinema drafthouse thing going on). It's got a great mild bitterness that carries all the way through with a nice malty taste and smell. I used some propegated Bell's Two Hearted Ale yeast but I'm sure any non fruity yeast would be great. You could also dry hop another 2 oz of delta and really send it over the top!
