Hello there, I recently brewed the Caribou slobber brown ale from Northern Brewer. I have some extra Simcoe hops in the freezer. It's from another recipe. I'm curious if it would be worth adding as a dry hop into the brown out? Or with just that throw all the flavors off for that beer?

Thanks, Lorne

I brew a brown ale that I dry hop, drinking one right now. I like the citrus hop aroma with the roasted chocolate flavors. I think it comes down to your personnel preference, give it a shot if you want, if you don't like it you learned something for next time! Cheers.

Yes it's my first Caribou brew.

Hrmmm decisions, decisions!!
