Brewed an extract Hefeweizen with Wyeast 3068 Weisenstephan Weizen yeast. I know hefes are supposed to be cloudy but this is my first time using a low-flocculating yeast.

It's been in the fermentor (glass carboy) 3 weeks and tastes fabulous; the last gravity sample appeared clear. I guess I'm worried about stirring up yeast when I rack to my bottling bucket. Am I worrying too much or should I cold crash it first? If I cold crash is there any reason I shouldn't rack to my bottling bucket before putting it in the refrigerator?

Edit: It is at final gravity.

This or a dark ale are good for probably never cold crashing them, personally i worry about mine carbing up if i did that,as long as you keep the end of your siphon about the yeast and dont move the carboy around you shouldnt get any of that in there.
