Hi all.

So maybe I'm over-thinking this...Since I add campden to my brew water because my water company adds chloramine and chlorine to my tap water, should I be adding campden to my starsan solution since I use tap water when I mix it? Would any off flavors be imparted by using starsan solution without adding campden?

Thanks everyone!

Over thinking. Assuming you are no-rinse with the star san, the amount of water left has so little chloramine that you'll notice the flavor of the rssidual star san easier.... unless your water source is extremely high in chloramine.

You dont need to worry about this for StarSan solution. But, I use distilled water instead. Its cheap enough and has no minerals to cause cloudiness and degradation of StarSans effectiveness.
