Shipping Question

I am looking at shipping some home brew to my cousins. Problem is though, they are at Seoul South Korea on base. Anyone have any experience shipping to a military base, and a military base oversees?

I heard he had a rifle scope shipped to him and it got redirected to his parents home in the states (that could be ITAR related though) So I want to avoid an overly long shipping period to find out he never got the brew.

No insight on this, but I have a nephew working in Seoul and I'd love to send him some brew. Not on a base, but maybe there's a some mutually conducive conduit available...
