Hello all, I'm a huge fan of partial mash brewing. I have over 200 lbs of grain and I do all grain brew as well. But partial mash just comes out perfect every time. I have loads of good recipes but I'm always looking for more. I've searched the recipe forums and there are some good recipes, but the focus seems to be all grain and extract.

I've read death brewers sticky, and there's great info in there, but loads of reading to find the gems.

Any other pm brewers out there? Any great recipes?

You can take any all grain recipe and make it a partial mash. Just mash the specialty grains/malts with enough base to convert, then replace the rest of the base with extract.
