Question. I recently brewed a Scottish Ale extract kit using S33 yeast and it started quickly and stopped just a quick. I know you should never rely on the airlock but was wondering if there is a suitable temp to hold this at to finish out. The airlock inner plastic piece has been laying on the airlock stem for 2 days now.
