I am attempting a Sapporo clone this week. Does anyone have any water profile recommendation. For my Bohemian Pilsner I usually use 75/25% distilled water to well water but I think for this style I want less soft and more crispness. I see in Bruin water profiles for Pilsen and American Lager with the main difference is sulfates are 4.5x more in the american lager; I am leaning towards the American lager profile. Does anyone have any recommendations?
