Rust in my Keggle...?

So I've slowly been working on converting a keg to a keggle and noticed what appear to be rust/brown spots inside the keg. Any thoughts as to whether this keg is still usable for boiling wort? If not, just sand the spots out?

It will be fine. Use some clean sandpaper and then hit it with some Bar Keeper's friend and it should be good to go.
