Wanted to make a simple wheat beer that I could tweek in later batches by adding lemon, orange or other flavors.
6lbs wheat LME
.5lbs caraprils (Briess)
.5lbs flaked wheat
.5oz Sterling @60
.5oz Palisade @5
Steep grains 30min.
Add LME after hotbreak then continue with hops additions.
I do a full boil so I start with 6 gallons to compensate for boil off.
Cool to pitching temp, add yeast and let it sit.
