Reuse bottles from sour?

I bought a sour beer. The bottle is my favorite size. Can I reuse this bottle to bottle my non-sour home brew beer? Or will the evil voodoo sour demon skid mark leftovers ruin my beer?

I haven't made a sour beer but I imagine nothing wrong will come from it with proper sanitation. Check to see if the brewery pasteurized the beer, or if you are really concerned sanitize it on a pressure cooker.

You could bake the bottles as well to be safe.
