Request of a Recipe

Hi guys,
I am new around here so my apologies if this thread is at wrong place.

i am looking for a simple recipe with few ingredients which i can make at home.


It can be ale,beer,wine,mead or anything as long as its under 22% ABV. (we cant brew more then that without any licence)

And it needs to be matured within 60-90 days with atlest 12%-18% alc. and a enjoyable taste.
