im going to do a flameout addition of hops and steep for 45 minutes for my next brew but im wondering should i remove the hops i added during the boil at 15 minutes 10 minutes and 3 minutes or should i keep them in for my 45 minute steep along with my flameout additions thanks

I don't get it. The point of a flame out addition is so the hops don't steep.

Sometimes. Sometimes the point of a flame out addition is for "whirlpool hops", or a hops stand. In that case, you hold the hot wort at a high temperature (but below boiling, usually 180 degrees) for a period of time. I do hop stands often, for my IPAs and APAs.

All of the hops stay in the wort.
