Hi i wanna brew an american wheat for a local club competition, i want it to be refreshing, i like beers on the drier side and i want a big tropical hop flavour. with this recipe im worried about the high IBU's compared to the alcohol level i want it to be nice and balanced. here it is please critique

I love the hops schedule. Mash temp a little high would be more in the 148/152 range. Maybe cut back on the bittering hops and hold off on adding initial hops addition till 45min and adjust additions from there. And the yeast that you pick will assist in the taste profile. I really have had good luck with dry yeast.

decided to switch up the hops on this one and try somethin new, iv done amarillo and citra in the past so im gonna sub simcoe for citra and do it all 50/50 amarillo and simcoe and ditch the FWH and just do 15m, 10m and 1m additions and a 5 day dry hop. hope these additions really maximize the flavour and aroma
