Brewing a red ale tomorrow. Decided to add biscuit malt to 2-row instead of going with MO (furlough savings). Do you think this is too much biscuit? I used 7.5% of overall grain bill. Never used it before. Thanks

9.6 lbs 2-row
12 oz biscuit
6 oz C60
4.8 oz C120
4.8 oz chocolate

2 oz Willamette @ 60 min

I've used more than 10% Biscuit malt in some beers and I never thought it was too much. But it depends on if you like the flavours Biscuit malt brings in the final beer.

Thanks for the reply. Makes me feel a little better! I brewed it yesterday.
