Recrush w/ Barley Crusher?

Not at all. All it could do would be to improve the crush...
Probably not. Just be careful not to end up with a lot of flower, enough so that you have trouble with a stuck sparge.
On the factory setting, which should be around 0.039", you should be OK to give her a run.
According to the instructions, you should run 1/2lb or so through first to clean the rollers though. So if you don't have any extra for that, make sure there aren't any oils on the rollers that will make your brew taste "off",

Crush away... it won't hurt, and may improve your efficiency.
I almost always re-crush. I didn't once, and my efficiency dropped by 10 points.
