So I have 35g of centennial and 32g of whole nugget hops, wondering if i can make a respectable beer from this volume. I was thing of making a pale ale and below is my initial thought for a 2.5 gallon batch ...

14g whirlpool for 30 mins - Nugget whole cone (unknown alpha)
1oz dry hop for 4 days - Centennial pellets (9.3%)
Yeast: either WLP002 or harvested trillium yeast
