So I have 35g of centennial and 32g of whole nugget hops, wondering if i can make a respectable beer from this volume. I was thing of making a pale ale and below is my initial thought for a 2.5 gallon batch ...

OG:1.067
Mash at 148
IBU: ~45

6lbs12oz (95.6%) - 2 row
5oz (4.4%) - crystal 15L
9g for 90 min - Magnum 13.20%
18g for 5 mins - Centennial whole cone (unknown alpha)
18g for 5 mins - Nugget whole cone (unknown alpha)
17g whirlpool for 30 mins - Centennial whole cone (unknown alpha)
14g whirlpool for 30 mins - Nugget whole cone (unknown alpha)
1oz dry hop for 4 days - Centennial pellets (9.3%)
Yeast: either WLP002 or harvested trillium yeast
