I usually brew 5 gallon volumes. I want to make some 2.5 gallon experimental batches. Can I just cut the 5 gallon recipe in half or do I need to subtract a different percentage?
 
Ok thanks!! What about halving a recipe and going from 10 to 5 gallon batches or vice-versa.
