I'm wanting to brew a clone of Firestone Walker's Double Jack Imperial IPA and all the recipes I find are a little out of my depth equipment-wise. I only have a 5 gal. brew kettle that can hold ~10 # of grains. So I've scaled back JNish's clone recipe found here by dividing by 6 and multiplying by 3.5(and rounding up). Please let me know what you think:
3.5 Gal.
9.12 # Pale Malt, Maris Otter
1.4 # Munich malt
.6 # Cararpils
.3 # Carastan

1.16 oz. Magnum (90 min)
1.31 Cascade (30 min)
1.31 Centennial (30 min)
1.45 Cascade (1 min)
1.45 Centennial (1 min)
WLP 002 Yeast-Ale

Dry hop schedule:
1.16 oz. Cascade(14 days)
1.16 oz. Centennial(14 days)
.75 oz. Cascade(1 day)
.75 oz. Centennial(1 day)
.36 oz. Amarillo Gold(1 day)
.36 oz. Simcoe(1 day)

75 min Mash In 3.4 gal @159.8F
10 min Mash Out 2.27 gal @209.6F

All thoughts, critiques, advice, insults hurled are welcome. Thanks again!
