if you can hook them to your system yes you can

I do 11.5 gallon batches so I carb two five gallons kegs all the time other times I do four at a time

How is your system set up? Do you have a dual regulator, a two way distributor, or a splitter/Tee?

You only need one of these things to be able to carb two kegs at once (plus a second gas line/keg fitting). I use 2-way distributor, but a simple Tee/Y splitter is the cheapest option.
