so i always brew a good pumpkin ale for the holidays, but this would be my first year sending it to a competition for feedback. i know i should enter it under a spice herb veg beer, but it doesnt really have a base beer style. just wonderin what people put down, cause its not really a classic bjcp style, just a good copper colored beer with a bunch of pumpkin flavor and spice. i would like to compete with it to get some solid feedback, but i want to give the beer a real chance, rather than have it get knocked for not really being a good example of an american ale, or not being a good english ale, if any of this makes sense. any feed back would be much appreciated, and i appoligize if this gets asked alot, couldnt find my exact answer in a search
