I have brewed on this rig for a few years now and have never "organized" the plumbing. I have always hated the tangled mess of hoses that was my brewhaus, so i finally spent a couple bucks to get the necessary fittings. Pictured is the suction side only. Im still working on the discharge side. Its going to be tough. I will want to circulate the HLT water while simultaneously circulating the mash(HERMS). I will also want to be able to bypass the filter and cooler during the first few minutes of the whirlpool (helps tremendously to reduce plugging!). I Will also have a 3 way valve on the top BK fitting(whirlpool) so I can easily divert the cooled wort to the fermenter., along with all of the other "normal" functions.
Any thoughts or advice on the existing suction side or the future discharge side?View attachment ImageUploadedByHome Brew1454892048.509277.jpg
