So if I carb my beers at 12 PSI (39 degrees) for about 10 days they have been coming out perfect. When I hook the kegs to my kegerator typically I set the PSI down around 6-8 to pour my beers. If I leave the PSI at this level will my beer lose it's carbonation? Or will it retain the carbonation from the initial carbing?

Thanks!

You will slowly loose carbonation in your beer with this setup. What will happen is your beer will lose some CO2 to your headspace and eventually your beer and headspace CO2 will balance out.

You really want to keep your serving PSI level the same as what you carb your beer to. If you have foaming issues at the higher PSI then look to get longer beer lines.
