My co-worker just gave me a pound of Pride of Ringwood to try out for some homebrewing. I want to do a Pilsner for the summer and like Papazian's Honey Pilsener recipe(pg 186-187). I'm thinking of tweaking it though and using 1 1/2 oz POR(60 min) and then Honey at 10 min and Crystal at 5 min. Suggestions? Also, I would like to up the alcohol, should I just add some Corn Sugar and how much? 5 Gal batch of course.
