Arrghhh I got lots of time to brew and I can't find this damn chart I had bookmarked (link is dead). Hopefully someone can lend a hand with something similar. Basically it gave you a breakdown of what kind of utilization you could expect at various temps post-boil...so you could weigh the difference between dropping 1 oz at flameout vs at 190F for example. I know its an imperfect science but I found it did give a good point of reference for gauging my late hop additions, thanks!
 
IDK if you have it available but beersmith does this for you. Choose the length of the hop stand and the temp and it will give you an estimation.
