Possible infection? If so can I do anything about it?

Pictured here are 3 separate containers. All were somewhat sloppily processed. I believe I overdid sulfites, as 5 days in I only have a very tiny amount of airlock activity. Repitched yeast 2 days ago, all seem to be acting about the same (1 gallon perry processed elsewhere, and two 3 gallon portions of the same apple pressing with honey/sugar addition.) The apple is intended for brandy. EC-1118 for all.

Doesn't look concerning.

With sulfite and such an aggressive killer yeast, chance of contamination is extremely low. RDWHAHB.

Top of perry has cleared up as of this morning, and activity is increasing. I’m thinking maybe some sediment got pushed up initially, and that’s what made it look weird.
