Looking for comments on my proposed Cherry Porter:
9 lb Maris Otter
1 lb Crystal 80L
1 lb Flaked Oats
8 oz Chocolate Malt
1 oz Willamette (60 min)
1 oz Willamette (20 min)
3 lb 6 oz Sour Cherries in secondary
Couple questions off the bat:
1) Should I only have the bitter hops, not the flavor?
2) Any thought on if Cocoa powder would be a good complement?
