Here's what Midwest is selling, $141 !!

Here's what I found on Ebay $75.00..But what is that little tube doing there where the ball lock goes on ??....(Also, if you view the picks you can see the connection the ball lock should fit on, but is the threading the same)

I have the ball lock piece, so all I'd need is the cartridge, this holds the 74g, all i have are 16g's, so I doubt the 16 will fit.

Based on the ebay item, I think it's the same as Midwests? Just dunno about that little tube? Guess I could just toss it ??........
