1.25 lb White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM)
14 oz Chocolate Malt (350.0 SRM)
12 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 80L (80.0 SRM)
8 oz Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM)
2 oz Roasted Barley (500.0 SRM)
.60 oz Magnum [12.00 %] - Boil 90.0 min
.25 oz Cascade [5.50 %] - Boil 30.0 min
.25 oz Tettnang [4.50 %] - Boil 5.0 min
1 pkg English Ale (White Labs #WLP002)
4 oz Coffee Beans Whole (dry hop 5.0 days)

After 10-14 day primary I add 4 oz of these coffee beans for 5 days.
