Ordering some ingredients for a Kolsch style brew this weekend

9lb Pils
1lb Munich
0.5lb Honey

Just found out from my LHBS that they are out of Pils. What's the best combo to get close?

I was thinking 75% Pale and 25% Vienna, would something like that work, or am I way off?

Thanks!

If it were me, I would just brew something else. IMO there is absolutely no other malt that tastes like continental pils.

You can make a really nice marzen with 70% vienna and 30% munich. Even if you have a kolsch yeast starter already made, you could use it to make a convincing marzen.

That's all just me. You could just use domestic 2 row and still get a tasty beer, it just won't be a kolsch.
