Does that seem... Possible? I racked my pils into secondary last night, took a gravity reading and it is showing that I have reached about 87% apparent attenuation. When I made the recipe I knew I wanted it to be dry, but honestly I didn't ever expect it to ferment THAT well...

The recipe was all pils malt, with about 10% wheat for foam, mashed low (151-152º), fermented in the low 40's.

OG ~ 1.049
D rest at ~1.020
FG ~ 1.006

Its not unheard of. 80-82%, is more common, but some strains will do that. Especially if your mash was long or drifted down in temp.

I've just never personally seen it go THAT high... I wasn't expecting that, but I'm not upset about it either. I wanted a very light and dry Pilsner.
