Are those just bubbles or is it hairy like mold? Since it's going away I'm going to guess it's just normal krausen.

What are you going to do to that beer that it should have secondary? Most beers do just fine without that step.

It is in a bucket just now. Was going to put into plastic bottles for a couple of weeks then carbonate

Looks good! Most of us would just leave it in the primary for a couple weeks until gravity is stable, then straight into the bottling bucket and into bottles. Cheers!
