Perlicks pour slowly

I have two 525ss perlicks that pour slowly compared to the other two. The slow ones were a gift in Dec 2013 and the other two were gifts in Mar 2014. Beer lines are the same length and pressure is the same

I have ensured everything is clean with no restrictions

Question, is the flow rate adjustable at the taps

The faucets should pour pretty much the same, but if you're using different shanks that could be the cause. Could it be that the newer ones are mounted on 1/4" ID shanks while the older ones are on 3/16"?
