Went into this one without a strong idea of what the style is about. Really just making a starter for my christmas beer.
9# BE pils
.75# Caravienne
.5# Briess Special Roast (experiment)
Hops are just 2.8% AA FR strisselspalt at 60 and 20 to 21 IBU. I have 3oz, I believe it takes about 2oz total in the recipe.
150/155 step mash and ferment at 73-75 with WLP500 (Chimay)
