Hey guys. Since I'm still small scale on kegs, I used a second hand freezer to use as a two tap kegerator.

Thing is, I try to drink both at the same pace. I'd like to do seasonal “sets“.

To date I had some that were sometimes too similar (IPA + APA) , (Irish RES + ESB).

So I'd like suggestions of stuff to setup together? Perhaps by countries or styles?

I like having different beers available also. I like dramatic differences, like an IPA or a maibock (or a pseudo-maibock, like a Dead Guy clone). I've done things like American pale ale, oatmeal stout, and kolsch together. It's great!

I have three or more active taps usually. But if I had two, I'd do things like a cream ale and an oatmeal stout; a pale ale and a kolsch, an American amber and an altbier; and so on.

I try to keep a pipeline of flavors more than actual styles.

Tap 1: hoppy beer
Tap 2: session ale
Tap 3: roasty beer
Tap 4: heavy malty beer
Tap 5: fruit/spice beer
Tap 6: seasonal

If you only have two taps, I would just keep a hoppy and malty beer on tap. Will always have a variety that way.
