Hey,
Quick question…I'm looking to bottle a beer that just isn't profiling with the clarity I've come to expect.

I'm going to be bottle conditioning and I know I can clean it up that way…to a degree, but I'm wondering what you guys think of using gelatin for a couple days in secondary…would I need to repitch yeast as I introduce priming sugar after I left it settle for couple days?

Thanks

Lots of people use gelatin with good results. You don't need to repitch yeast- yeast will still be in suspension even in a visibly clear beer.
