So I make a great batch of kitchen sink skeeter pee with dme, brown sugar, white sugar, and a few others. I left the tannin out and it came out great. It was for the wife so I back sweetened it with some agave honey. I carbed and chilled and it was on the tap. She asked me if I could add just a little more honey. I said no problem an I apparently lied. Turns out adding honey to a carbed and cooled keg equals old faithful. Just thought I would let everyone know how much of a dummy I am. Thanks for listening and hopefully laughing with or at me.

I'm not sure if my the flavors in my beer are off or complex 😳

It was a large messy lesson. Tasted good as it sprayed and I tried to get the top back on
