Has anybody here got a source for a relatively inexpensive 5V ½" NPT flow meter with a pulse output that is rated for at least 100℃, and is beer safe?

I've seen loads of choices with 80℃ ratings, but I'd like to be able to measure out of the boil kettle. Hi-temp units that I've found run into hundreds of dollars.

I wouldn't trust the specs on this. It says max switching voltage ~100V. WTF does that mean? And the materials are "Plastic, Metal" - that's helpful. But they say good for 150 degs C, soooo...

Also, that same sensor on Amazon has reviewers saying the pulse rate is not accurate at 18x lpm. Caveat emptor.
