Okay, I got the wrong ingredients.

I have iBrewmaster on my iPad and take it with me to the homebrew shop when I get my ingredients. Anyways, in my haste, I put in half a pound of Briess Caramel 120L instead of half a pound of Briess Caramel 20L. I didn't realize it until I got home with my ingredients. Is this going to be a problem?

I know it will be darker, but will it change anything else about it? I have 7.5 pounds of 2-Row and a pound of Caramel Pils as well, 4 ounces of Cascade hops and Wyeast American Ale II.

It'll probably be all right. Might be more like an amber than a pale, with more dark fruit flavor than sweet caramel.

Also, a pound of carapils? That sounds like an awful lot to me. What are you going for there?
