I picked up 3 oxygen tanks from someone who was selling off some of their extra equipment. I'm pretty sure I got a good deal, but I truthfully don't know much about O2 tanks...I have done some research online trying to decipher the markings, can anyone here confirm what I have found (my interpretation is in red)? Photos of the markings are in the attachments of this post.

Tank 1 (empty):
{F} 10-80+*
1 (A7 87) 91+
SPUN DOT3AA2015 (logo)
Department of Transportation certified, seamless alloy-steel cylinder, 2015 psig fill pressure. Pressure tested in October 1980 and again in January 1991. Cylinder max fill pressure can be 10% above 2015 psig.

Tank 2 (filled):
DOT3AA2015
E-51703
APRO
8 (G9 58) 09 +*
1 (A3 84) 96 +*
Department of Transportation certified, seamless alloy-steel cylinder, 2015 psig fill pressure. Pressure tested in January 1996 and again in August 2009 (with a star, meaning it is good for 10 years - until 2019). Cylinder max fill pressure can be 10% above 2015 psig.

Tank 3 (partially filled with regulator):
DOT-3AA 2015
100959 Pst
5-83 +*
1-95*
Department of Transportation certified, seamless alloy-steel cylinder, 2015 psig fill pressure. Pressure tested in May 1983 and again in January 1995 (with a star, meaning it is good for 10 years - until 2005 - so next time I want to fill it, I would have to get it tested).

The rest of the stuff, from what I understand, is just serial numbers, inspector logos, original manufacturers, etc.

Some follow up questions:
- Any idea how much it costs to get the tank pressure tested when the time comes to get them filled again?
- Cost to get refilled?
- Any idea how much these could sell for individually (filled/unfilled, valid test vs. needs retesting)?
- Anyone know what size these are?
