Note to self.... Keg openings are smaller the they look

I always take all the fitting off the kegs every couple of times I put a new batch in. Tonight I had the bright idea of throwing the parts in the keg to soak in the Star San instead of cleaning the in the sink. I figured kill 2 birds with one stone.. Well it was a good idea until I tried to get the parts back out! I'm not a big guy but damm those openings are small!!! I got my arm stuck twice trying to reach the bottom, had to get the wife to get the rest of the parts.. Good to know!!

you know you can turn the keg upside down over a sink and those parts will fall out....gravity is your friend.
