I've brewed 3 extract batches so far all using Safale 05. Both of the first batches ramped up after 24 -48 hours. This batch, which uses the same amount of malt as the first two, is bubbling but not as vigorously as the first two were by this time (a little more then 72 hrs in at this point).

Should I worry and should something be done about this situation?

It's probably fine. You'll drive yourself crazy trying to judge your fermentation by airlock activity. Just give it some time, and take a gravity reading after a couple weeks in the primary.

I agree. Every fermentation is going to be different from others in some way.
