My lord is this beer good. I totally recommend it. Og was about 1066 FG 1013. Sweet/smokey taste in the beginning then a nice smooth burn in the back of your throat in the end. I cut 5-6 chipotle peppers and put them in a muslin bag for 4 days. This results in the perfect heat for me. Great beer for a cold winter season too. Today I will be racking to my keg. Should be ready in 3 days. :mug:

**Add chipotle peppers in primary. Taste every couple days until you've reached desired heat.**

Sounds good even without the peppers added. Been meaning to experiment with peppers, I'll have to add this one to the list.
